What you will do:

  • Manager overall recruitment strategies following management’s direction in recruitment and selection
  • Ensures candidate endorsements meet the quality standards set by the Operations and Customer Success Teams
  • Works closely with the Customer Success and Operations team in identifying qualifications for each job opening including weekly calibration on recruitment needs
  • Identifies recruitment needs and works on recruitment strategies with the recruitment team to ensure meeting headcount requirements as per the set deadline
  • Oversees overall end-to-end recruitment process and conducts coaching with Jr. Recruiters.
  • Manages recruitment budget and sources for tools that would improve efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Conducts HR Soiree with New Hires to get feedback on the onboarding process
  • Creates recruitment reports on the effectiveness of job boards and location statistics
  • Develop sourcing strategies for staff requirements in regions worldwide that would meet diversification goals and quality requirements
  • Conduct exit interviews of staff and records areas identified for organizational improvement
  • Conducts sourcing, screening, and candidate endorsement
  • Ensures that Recruitment Dashboard is always up to date and monitors Manpower Requests created by the Customer Success team.
  • Monitor Referral tracker and send out Referral incentive emails to referees when their referrals pass their probationary assessment
  • Create candidate pool in preparation for recurring hiring requirements
  • Identify process improvements in the Recruitment department as needed

You must have:

  • Experience with high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any similar degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment preferably in global sourcing
  • Has experience with outsourcing companies
  • Has stable internet connection and good device for work
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Experience in working remotely is a plus
