Now Hiring: Remote Paid Advertising Specialist

FocusGroups.org is looking for a freelance Paid Advertising Specialist who will join our team and will help to identify and drive growth opportunities by building and managing paid media campaigns and using data-driven insights.

Job Description:

• Set up paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Bing, etc.
• Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for creative, audience, and landing pages.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of key metrics, analyze results, and implement optimizations.
• Stay abreast of new trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing improvement.
• SEM/Google Ads: 3+ years (required).
• Google Analytics: 3+ years (required).
• Facebook Ads: 3+ years (required).
