The Job and Responsibilities
The mission of the Account Manager is to look after the client base and minimize client churn.
This entire mission is all about great communication and looking after people.
Missions of the Account Manager
- To provide clients with world-class onboarding so that the work starts FAST
- To proactively communicate with clients about the results of their campaigns, new backlinks and other positive news
- To liaise with the internal Technical Team and solve all clients issues
- Manage escalation and clients complaints when things go wrong (which sadly does happen)
- To participate in all the company projects and give your opinions on strategic discussions
The success of this job will be measured by how willing you are to go above and beyond for your clients. This is a job for someone who wants to really care about their clients.
The right candidate
The ideal profile has a solid experience in Customer Service / Sales Support or Sales Admin.
Excellent professional English is mandatory – both written and spoken.
Supreme organizational ability is absolutely key. This job deals with a flood of information and many stakeholders.
Whoever takes it MUST be great at organizing themselves to never miss a deadline, never miss sending reminders, and be able to juggle a multitude of tasks and conversations.
Knowledge of SEO is a big plus.
Strong work ethics.

The first stage is to fill up the application process. The second stage, if you are successful, is an online assessment which should take around 25 mins.
After the assessment, you will be invited for a first interview with Julien, the recruiter.
After that interview, you will meet Stephanie, who will be your manager.
