Now Hiring: Remote Account Manager / Right Hand to the Founder


Are you an organized and detail oriented person who is a great communicator and thrives in a fast paced environment? You may be just the person that Testimonial Hero’s founder, Sam Shepler, needs as his right-hand man or woman! In this crucial role within the company, you’ll be overseeing a range of accounts and projects while being shaped to become the potential GM or COO of the company. You don’t need to have serious account management or operations experience to apply to this full-time U.S. based role. The right candidate will have an understanding and experience of these but most importantly will be detailed orientated, passionate, and ready to grow with an exciting company.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be working alongside the founder, Sam Shepler, to manage the production team and work with clients and vendors.

You’ll be responsible for almost everything it takes to keep all the trains running on time, every day! This includes overseeing every aspect of the projects and product fulfillment after the sale.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Client communication, liaison, and management
  • Managing video production
  • Managing local crews and editors

This role is heavy on the project management and client work but it is very entrepreneurial in the sense that you may be needed in any part of the company at any given moment. You may be asked to do other tasks, such as orchestrating a marketing campaign, writing blog posts, doing sales calls or working with vendors.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and capable of working across multiple projects at one time. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, willingness to learn and undeniable passion for B2B marketing. An understanding of video production would be a huge plus too!

This role is ideal for someone who values being in a young, agile company with a lot of growth potential.

Full-time candidates are preferred but this position could initially be part-time. We are taking U.S. applicants only as we function within EST business hours.

Required Skills

  • Account management and project management experience
  • Must understand the values of creating an exceptional client experience
  • Logical and can take initiative – there are lots of processes and systems that make up our company and we are always looking to improve them
  • Excellent communication skills – with confidence and class when it comes to email clients and clarity when it comes to our internal chat
