Here’s what you’ll be doing!
- Talking to clients to understand their primary goal & building a custom advertising strategy that’s aligned with your clients’ goals
- Building out & launching campaigns based on the strategy you’ve set in place for each particular client.
- Work with a virtual assistant to help you with some of the heavy liftings, like launching dozens of campaigns.
- Use our bid optimization software to ensure that the bids are being optimized to achieve the clients’ target ACoS goals.
- Pivot strategy quickly when unexpected events occur in your client’s business.
- Be responsible for daily check-ins on all your client accounts, monitoring budgets, ensuring the ACoS is within your client’s targets, and keeping a pulse on what campaign strategies are working & not working within each account.
How will you be interacting with the team?
- 📣 Slack: for communication (gifs & memes are used heavily)
- 👥 Weekly Sync: Every Monday at 11 am CST with the whole team we have a meeting. The purpose of this is to keep everyone aligned by reviewing all-important KPIs & discuss any issues or challenges anyone is facing. Also most importantly to catch up on how everyone’s weekends went! 👯
- 🥂 AE lounge: Every other Wednesday at 12pm CST all account executives rally together & mastermind on what advertising strategies are working best & unique experiments we could run!
- ☕ Coffee Chat: Every Thursday at 11:30am CST everyone does a 30-minute coffee call with a randomly selected team member! (Talking about work is NOT allowed! 👼 )
- 😆 Happy Hour: This is by far one of the most loved activities we do as a team… we simply play a game for 1 hour every Thursday right after coffee calls! Lately, we’ve been playing a lot of Skribbl.io, Among us, Spyfall.
- 🍽️ Monthly Team Lunch: Every month we have an extended happy hour where we all hop on & eat lunch together!
- 🧠 Mid-Year meetup: Halfway through the year we all fly in & meet up somewhere with great vibes so we can mastermind together, reflect on the 1st half of the year, and play some frisbee!
- 🏝️ Year-end retreat: At the end of each year normally within the 2nd or 3rd week of January we all meet up somewhere legendary to celebrate the progress we made through the year!
Our last retreat was legendary… we booked a 3 story mansion on the beach in Playa Del Carmen! (check out the video above!)
💡 More ideas: We feel that camaraderie & bonding is VITAL. Especially as a remote team, so we’re always looking to come up with new ways to bring everyone closer. One other example is were thinking of adding in a budget for team members to meet up & go to trade shows & other epic events in our industry but this idea is pending due to the “Rona” 🦠
