Internship Summary

As our Customer Onboarding Analyst – Intern, you’ll help us optimize our robust onboarding process.
As a tech company, once the sales team closes a large deal, this is passed on to our account executives for onboarding. There are a lot of moving parts to this where things can get delayed including: Tech challenges, new client responsiveness, communication, etc. Your role will be to work closely with the President/COO to optimize this process.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • We’ve been a completely remote company for 10 years and this internship is no different. You can work from anywhere. However, you’ll need to be available from noon–6pm CST, Monday–Friday (30 hours per week)
  • Training and mentorship will be provided, but being able to work independently and use your own initiative is a must
  • This is an 8-week internship with the chance of making this a permanent role if you hit certain goals
  • Key performance indicators include % of onboarded clients going live within a certain period of time

  • Able to hit aggressive deadlines and goals
  • Technical/logically minded
  • Self-motivated (be self-aware enough to customize how you work most efficiently)
  • Proficient in Google sheets
  • Kaizen mentality – whatever can be improved, can and deserves to be improved
  • Above average oral and written communication
  • Voracious curiosity (reading, interacting with diff people, opening mind to diff ideas)
