  • Customer Service Management: 2 years (Required)
  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Job Description

  • Recruit, hire, and train new customer service agents
  • Oversee a team of customer service and ensure they are providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Document customer service discussions and actions, create and manage SOP’s
  • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
  • Set and maintain all customer service procedures and policies
  • Evaluate agent and representative performance
  • Distribute agent and representative work
  • Implement customer service strategies to improve the quality of service
  • Create weekly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
  • Maintain a professional workspace and workflow

Requirements

  • 5+ years prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Extensive e-commerce background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Experience with ticketing systems and freelancer marketplaces
