Day to day responsibilities to include but not limited to
- Utilizing our CRM/ ERP systems to maintain customer account information and document details of customer interactions
- Responding to customers via phone and email to address questions and concerns
- Analyzing client needs and profiles to recommend products, plans, or services that will match their specific needs
- Recommending potential products or services to management, by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Taking customer orders, determining charges, and overseeing billing or payments
- Resolving customer issues and complaints according to company standards and instructed guidelines
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3-6 years of proven inside sales experience
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Strong phone presence and experience taking dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform detailed-oriented work with accuracy
