What’s the purpose of the role?

Your role is to develop and implement marketing strategies for our email campaigns, as well as, generate marketing angles and messages for our media buyers (Google, Native, Pinterest, etc..) by working with our creative production team.

What do you need to have?

  • At least 1 year of experience in email marketing (proficiency in Klaviyo preferred)
  • At least 6 months of experience in managing paid advertising (any ad platform).
  • Previous experience in conversion rate optimization.
  • Great at coming up with marketing angles.
  • Competence in competitive research and analysis.
  • Hunger to learn and fast learner.
  • Has the ability to assess ads, landing pages or email copies created and suggest improvements to achieve growth in conversion rate and profitability (vs control).
  • Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Email marketing content calendar planning and delivering planned campaigns (newsletters, promotions, giveaways, etc), as well as create advanced email flows (VIP, cross-sell, etc) in Klaviyo.
  • Using the resources created for email marketing, adjust and apply them on SMS marketing and FB Messenger marketing.
  • Research, learn, and execute on diverse marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create or improve processes of data tracking and analysis to know exactly how your strategies or marketing angles performed.
  • Coordinate and manage communications with our creative production team to produce the ad, landing page or email copies and designs.
  • Work with paid advertising media buyers to help improve their ads and landing pages conversion rates.
  • Gather intelligence on marketing angles and copies.
  • Optimize email campaigns through AB testing with a clear hypothesis, measure relevant metrics, and statistically analyze the data to conclude.
