Now Hiring: Remote Digital Marketer
GhostRanch Communications seeks a full-time Digital Marketer to help develop and execute a demand generation strategy to build awareness, drive new leads, and establish GhostRanch’s place as an authority and thought leader in our space. We are looking for someone who knows digital marketing inside and out—everything from SEO to landing page conversion, website optimization, content planning, and writing, backlinks, and thought leadership. Data-driven is a must, but we also need someone who loves copywriting and we will want to see your B2B marketing writing samples. This is a full-time, remote position, based in the United States of America. Must be a great communicator, and excited to help grow this fun company. Bonus points if you are passionate about presentations/public speaking!
About Us/Who We Are
GhostRanch is a presentation design studio, dedicated to helping B2B tech marketers with better sales enablement assets to help their field drive more revenue. Our awesome clients are tech companies (enterprise to scale up), a mix of others from startups to public speakers, a sprinkle of B2C companies and projects on occasion, but heavy B2B focus.
We have 10 people spread throughout the USA, hubs in Denver and Indianapolis, most likely aiming to find someone in Colorado or Indiana but open to other states.
What’s our culture like
Lots of autonomy, but also highly collaborative. We have a creative environment and fully remote! We operate in a “direct to creative” model, as the medium of Presentation Design shows the best results when there are no middlemen or games of telephone. So, we empower our designers to work directly with the executives and marketers for whom we’re creating slides and materials. The clients LOVE this direct access and the ultra-responsive nature of seeing their ideas come to life.

Our team works typically, anywhere from 8 am – 6 pm local time.
Why are we hiring
We value our client relationships and don’t want to lose any focus on our great clients. Having grown organically since inception, we have finally come to a great size for our current team, but if we were to take on more big clients, the relationships could suffer. We want to keep the quality of our work and customer service in check, so we have decided to grow a second studio from the ground up (about 8 people in the studio).
Our company plans
Once I realized the power of expertise, I decided to ditch the generalist design practice and go all-in on Presentation Design, launching GhostRanch officially in 2015. I wanted to see if we could actually grow something meaningful while saying “no” to a whole lot of other types of work. Our Presentation specialization has allowed us to find a great product-market fit and realize some pretty great word of mouth marketing—albeit, on a very small scale. Our plan is to leverage our momentum to grow, but ensure we are doing so with great intention to scale our quality of work and service. If we can pull that off, we think we can become one of the most sought-after B2B marketing firms in the world.

You will drive qualified leads, website conversion, SEO, grow our email list, social media following, demand & content generation (produce webinars, podcasts, write whitepapers, ebooks).
