SellerFlows is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps Shopify stores optimize and maximize their Customer’s Journey with Carthook & Klaviyo. Our mission is to add value to our clients by increasing key performance indicators ‘KPIs’ such as Average Order Value ‘AOV’ & Life Time Value ‘LTV’. Our team is spread all over the world and works entirely remote.
We’re looking for an experienced, digital marketing savvy and hungry Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. Experience working with various apps and solving problems troubleshooting the eCommerce stack is required. We are looking for someone who can come in and add value to our agency immediately by helping solve problems and resolve tickets that our clients have with certain apps. Our business is growing quickly and this is an opportunity to get involved at the ground level and contribute to taking SellerFlows to the next level.
The role will start as hourly with the potential to turn into salaried if you prove to be the right fit.
You must be located in Europe, Canada, South America, or the United States and work during regular EST business hours while maintaining good communication with clients and the internal team.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy to complete your projects. We will set the high-level objectives together and let you do your thing to execute.
- Excellent phone, email, and Slack correspondence skills
- Self-starter mentality, and ability to successfully work independently
- Has a track record of troubleshooting complicated issues in CartHook/ClickFunnels and Shopify. (Experience troubleshooting within Klaviyo is a big plus)
- Comfortable with Google Apps (Google Analytics, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
- Experience with Slack and/or in a client-facing/Customer Support role is a must.
- Experience with managing a large number of tasks at any given time using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana & Trello.
Work with a fully remote team, wherever you want – whenever you want. You will work directly with the founder and have the opportunity to communicate directly with our clients. You’ll be our lead troubleshooting team member with a fast-growing agency in a white-hot market and build relationships with a variety of e-commerce store owners. The salary range for the position is $15/hr.
