Our goal is simple: How can we get more of our ideal recruitment client persona scheduling calls with our sales team?

Our thesis: Through targeted content and outreach campaigns.

We have some ideas of how this might get done, but we’re open to ideas from ambitious marketers who have a proven track record.

We’ve got an experienced team, a budget for your experiments, and a very clear framework for determining the results of your campaigns.

The Growth Marketer Role

Expectations of the role:

We’re seeking somebody who can both strategize with the team, execute campaigns at their own desk, and eventually, feel comfortable building a team of freelancer marketers around repeatable tasks.

Our goals right now are to improve our paid ad campaigns, on-site conversion, and sales funnels. Success in this role will be bringing more qualified leads through your marketing and improving the overall strategy.

This is a results-orientated position for someone to strategize and then take action. The key goals are transparent and you’ll have the resources behind you.

Skills necessary:

Do you have a track record in driving traffic that converts into sales? Can you build a funnel? Can you write an email sequence that converts? We are looking for someone who is behind successful B2B marketing campaigns and is able to show us their success.

You should have experience with:

  • Funnels
  • B2B marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • Paid Ads Campaigns
  • Working with a marketing team
  • Hiring and managing freelancers
  • Creating, building, and promoting funnels

Written communication is very important for our marketing and within our team. We’re looking for:

  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Can write long-form intelligently (and can show writing samples)

This job is good for:

Marketers who are seeking autonomy and a very clear results-oriented framework on which to test their strategies and tactics. This is also for professionals who are seeking to exercise their talents in a part-time environment or grow into a full-time position with a team and budget (our growth trajectory YOY is 100%+).

You are able to show us previous results (before and after) of campaigns. We need someone who is ready to get their hands dirty and has very recently been hands-on with their most recent jobs

This job is NOT good for:

Candidates who are unwilling to test out their own strategies (ie, roll up their sleeves). Candidates who cannot design campaigns, get buy-in and budget, and executive tests on their own. No track record or previous proven results.


We are a small and passionate team. Everyone we work with believes in what we do and strives to go above and beyond.

You may be located anywhere in the world but we expect flexibility to make some meetings during US business hours.

Your compensation will be based on your experience. The role will start as a part-time, 90 day trial period. Depending on your success, after the trial period (3-4 hours per day) we can continue to work part-time or increase to full-time hours, depending on what we decide.
