Our young micro private equity business already has a market reputation way beyond its size largely due to the innovation and drive of our CEO and Founder, Michael Bereslavsky. With over 300 digital asset deals behind us we have an enormous body of knowledge and IP, in-house talents, and robust processes, to find, manage and grow great digital properties around the globe.
We are a fully globally remote business with 25 talented team members around the world doing great work. They are hungry for more sellers and investors to work with.
We have a growing digital asset investor community and a solid reach into those digital asset business owners seeking to sell.
But we aspire to more, much more.
Are you a passionate, energetic, disciplined, and analytical marketing “natural”?
We need you to grow and nurture our communities, love, care, feed, and grow those communities as our critical interest groups to source future deals, both sellers and investors.
You will “own” building deep insights into these groups, generating valuable regular content that stimulates attention and educates and informs. We have the expertise and we love sharing it.

What we think you will do
You love creating communities that organically support themselves, share knowledge and grow.
Our digital business owners are typically medium-sized businesses with annual turnover between $100k and $several million. They have invested their lives into growing their businesses but for a huge variety of reasons come to a point where they need to sell. Usually, they are not expert sellers, struggle with understanding fair value, and can be confused or even misled by the process of sale. We aim to change that. We offer distinct advantages over other means of sale, working closely with these business owners to achieve a timely, professional and efficient sale.
On the investor side, we work with individual investors and assemble groups of investors under a Fund structure to source, manage and grow then optimally sell digital businesses. We usually are not long-term holders. Our skill is in structuring digital business transactions, holding the asset for sufficient time to optimise the value of the asset, then selling to the right buyer a packaged quality business.
This is our “engine”, but to feed the engine we love working with sellers and investors to educate them around this market, this asset class, and the selling and investing processes to optimise value and capital efficiency. This is where you come in.
You will be measured on the growth of these communities, their positive feedback about us and the value we add, and ultimately on the deals that directly flow from these communities.
We also expect you to share your digital marketing expertise to help us identify opportunities to optimise the performance of digital properties that we purchase and to work with the technical teams to guide them in areas such as the site user experience, functionality, pricing, and content as needed.
But the core role is growing the Domain Magnate investor and seller communities.
You are a native English speaker as that is where the predominance of our business and our communities lie.
We expect you to show your passion and expertise in this space through your track record of experience and your results.
It is likely you have 5 years plus specifically marketing to and growing internet businesses and or communities. You may have also worked with start-up communities.
You will have a good understanding of internet business optimisation technical disciplines, SEO, CRO, CX, and the like.
You will show us you understand working with small fast-growing globally remote companies, and you “get” the “sleeves rolled up” requirements of such businesses.
