I’m Jon Carcone, and I own 4 Brothers Development. We are one of the largest privately-owned homebuyers in the DC Metro Area, wholesaling more than 150 homes each year. We are a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing company. We’re looking for an independent, driven part-time salesperson to join our team.

Make $30+ per hour with good performance ($15-20/hr base pay + significant commissions). Flexible schedule, opportunity to learn the real estate investing business, great opportunities to move up in the company with good performance.

You’ll have the ability to structure your day the way you want for maximum results and have autonomy as to how you conduct your day-to-day. As long as you’re performing, we treat you like a ‘business owner’ where you can tweak and design your day in the way that suits you.

You’ll be calling existing leads in our database, taking new lead calls, and making outbound cold calls to single-family homeowners to gauge their interest in selling their houses. You’ll then set up sales appointments with interested prospects to speak with our sales representative.

We are looking for 2-3 hours a day to start, with an opportunity to increase to 4-5 hours a day+ and eventually full time if you hit your sales targets.

This will be a performance-based job where your output in terms of the number of appointments is tracked, and that will dictate your incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with home sellers who contacted us to sell their house, qualifying these prospects over the phone, and setting up appointments for the principal of the company
  • Follow up with home sellers who have been cold-called by our virtual assistants and have indicated they may want to sell- will need to qualify these sellers, identify their asking price, determine our offer on the property, and convince them to sell their property to us
  • Networking with Realtors, Wholesalers, and other Investors to make sure we’re the place they go when they have a distressed property they want to sell fast
  • Manage a team of 4-7 virtual assistant cold callers and general assistants
  • Identifying new marketing & sales strategies that will yield more distressed properties to purchase
  • Direct mail marketing- tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Evaluating properties and making offers online

Requirements

  • Must possess solid phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone – both cold and warm calling (we’ll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask)
  • Must be comfortable in a performance-based culture where those who perform well will have greater responsibilities and those who don’t will not be in the position long
  • Deal oriented with the ability to manage our sales CRM system and calendar
  • Comfortable with technology- video conferences, google voice, google drive, etc
  • Willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis

Salary

  • $15-20/hr Based On Experience + Significant Commission Potential
  • $1,000-$3,000 per appointment you schedule that closes
  • Easily make $8-15K a year in commissions alone if performing well
