The Role

  1. Bring to us your passion for expertly running multiple IT Projects and for creating repeatable reliable execution processes.
  2. We expertly buy, manage and grow internet businesses and then optimally sell, and repeat. It is our passion and expertise. But as we grow we need your disciplined project management expertise to support our growth.
  3. Manage a global team of internet optimisation experts as they apply their skills to your projects and under your project planning guidance.
  4. As we grow you will collaborate with other PMs, efficiently coordinating the application of our technical expertise to achieve portfolio outcomes.
  5. Participate in the new site due diligence process to understand the optimisation opportunities for each site, then build your plan to execute.
  6. To be successful you will be able to demonstrate 5 years plus of IT project leadership and have an appropriate industry project certification
  7. You will have worked in a globally remote role, be comfortable with managing technical teams across different time zones and cultures
  8. You will understand the nature of small growing global businesses and the need to “lend a hand” sometimes outside your direct role to support the wider team
  9. You will have very strong English language competence in line with the predominance of our business.
  10. You have great access to the internet and will demonstrate your ability to effectively engage and support our technical teams and to optimise the use of their talent
