My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur, investor, eight-year yogi, and world traveler. I’m the founder of SellerPlex and a partner in a growing number of other b2b service agencies.
I’m looking to hire a Lead Recruiter to help take our recruiting department to the next level. We are currently good. But our vision is to be GREAT.
The mission for this role is to lead our recruiting department to effectively, efficiently, and quickly find qualified candidates for ANY/EVERY role for our portfolio companies. Common roles will include (but are not limited to) designers, account managers, project managers, and salespeople. The current volume is already more than one new role/week. And growing.
This role will be working closely with me personally. So culture and values fit are crucial for success with this role. So please take some time to do research about me to see if you think we’d be a good fit. I’ve published a lot on my social media, podcasts etc
I’m looking for someone to come in and basically help me build our recruitment machine. We have a good process already and recruiting is something that is very near and dear to me personally. So I’m looking for someone who can come in and build/improve on our current way of doing things to realize our vision for this department.
This is a VERY IMPORTANT role for the growth of our portfolio companies and is a big opportunity to get in with an exciting business portfolio and can lead to more opportunities to work together in the future. So I’m looking for a true A player only.
I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, is very well organized, and invested in continuous learning and growth. To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:
- Recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong initiative (I don’t handhold)
- Shares my values
- Excited about growing online businesses
- HR experience a plus but not required
The budget for this role is between $500-2,500/month depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
I am happy to pay for quality as long as you are the right fit. But also looking for someone who is eager to learn/grow/make an impact before asking for a huge salary.

Our communication will be of critical importance. And I move around quite a bit between the USA and Asia (or at least used to pre covid!). So European time zones may be most convenient. But also open to people in any time zone if they are willing to be flexible.
