Byron Assistants hires remote talent at Dynamite Jobs

Byron Assistants is looking for an operations manager as we continue to scale. They will report to the operating partner of the business and have weekly calls with the owner. They will serve as the primary operator of the day to day business functions, requiring at least 10-15 hours per week to start, and can scale to upwards of 20 hours per week in a few months.

Should be available Monday through Friday during US business hours of 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Monitor ongoing tasks that VA’s are working on for customers as a project manager. Must be able to monitor throughout US business hours to monitor as we like to be proactive & very prompt in preventing any quality issues.
  • Handle customer support queries & concerns
  • Reach out to all inbound sales leads immediately
  • Communicate with VA’s to ensure the quality of work and overall satisfaction of the team

Weekly responsibilities:

  • Strategy call with managing partner & owner
  • Social media posts using a scheduler
  • Work with blog writer to update blogs & content
  • Follow up on prior sales leads

Monthly responsibilities:

  • Set up VA payment list for payroll
  • Find, shortlist, and assist in hiring new VA’s from internal database
  • Document procedures in a Standard Operating Procedure as needed

Desired qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prompt response to customers, VA’s, and partners
  • Great written English, must also be able to effectively speak English with customers and VA’s
  • Can complete tasks quickly & efficiently
  • Is willing to put the effort to self-learn, figure it out, and complete the task instead of going to management for instructions on every single task
