Summary

Work for a leading website brokerage firm, directly with the CEO and the executive team. You’ll be responsible for managing the outbound sales and marketing activities to generate qualified leads for Dealflow Brokerage. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to scale sales and marketing channels and is motivated by performance-based bonuses.

About the Role

This is a key role in the company, as you will be responsible for managing all outreach activities to online business owners and investors with the aim of generating high quality leads for Dealflow’s advisors.

Most of your training will be conducted via video calls and pre-recorded videos and process documents.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and in running outbound campaigns
  • 3+ years experience with online businesses (buying, selling or operating)
  • Highly self-motivated and driven, able to work autonomously and problem-solve on their own
  • Technical knowledge of WordPress, sales automation software, email marketing software
  • Proficient in CRM management and sales automation software
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, good at creating SOPs
  • Native (or excellent) English speaker with proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Prior experience in a similar field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Improve the company’s outreach process which include prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
  • Work directly with the Dealflow advisors in developing a campaign criteria to filter and qualify leads
  • Design and launch weekly outbound email campaigns and drip email sequences to nurture leads
  • Write and send out the company’s monthly newsletter
  • Achieve the outreach goal of 25 qualified leads per month
  • Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook and other online communities
  • Track the performance of outbound campaigns and continuously iterate and improve on them
