BrandChamp is a SaaS marketing platform focused on helping eCommerce brands turn customers, fans, and followers into passionate ambassadors. We’ve built an end-to-end solution for marketers to scale these types of programs from hundreds to thousands of participants while driving 10-25% of total revenue and increasing customer lifetime value 2-3x.
We’re a fully remote, bootstrapped team that is growing revenue 100%+ year over year with more inbound leads than our sales team can handle. What you’ll do
In the sales development role, you’ll work directly with clients, qualify inbound/outbound leads, nurture MQLs, set appointments, and help ensure we hit our sales targets. You’ll have the opportunity to work with amazing brands, get 1-on-1 mentorship, and the opportunity to transition into a sales or sales development leadership role in the near future. In this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Research and qualify inbound/outbound leads
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Answer questions, educate prospects, and develop industry expertise
- Build targeted campaigns to generate more opportunities and nurture marketing qualified leads
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing
- Document and accurately capture activities and prospect/client information in our CRM
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a couple years of experience in a sales development role at funded/bootstrapped startups who is hungry and motivated to grow their career. You need to be a reliable, consistent, team player that has good communication, is passionate about your work, and motivated to progress your career.
