Who We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a sales role who is hungry and motivated to grow their career. You need to be reliable, persistent, honest, an excellent English-language communicator, and enjoy learning.

Tasks / What You’ll Do?

In this sales role, you’ll work directly with clients, qualify inbound/outbound leads, set appointments, and help ensure we hit our sales targets. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of diverse companies (everything from automotive to finance to tech), get 1-on-1 mentorship (from the founder), and the opportunity to transition into a sales leadership role in the coming years.

In this role you’ll be responsible for

  • Promptly responding to inbound leads. Leads come in via phone, email, and/or Linkedin.
  • Cold outreach to generate outbound leads ( a combination of cold-calling, cold email, and Linkedin)
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Answer questions, educate prospects, and develop industry expertise
  • Hosting live product demos (extensive training will be provided along with a shadowing period)
  • Follow-up by phone and email consistently to close sales
  • Entering your activities in our CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Various other sales-related activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally some telemarketing experience
  •  Excellent spoken & written English
  •  A desktop/laptop computer, a good internet connection, and a quiet working environment
  •  Self-starter with strong organization and prioritization skills
  •  A natural curiosity to learn and improve our systems and processes
  •  Available to work a 30-40-hour week.
  •  Working hours: Start time is somewhat flexible but should be between 4:30 am and 9 am EST to a) cover USA business hours, and b) have cross-over time with a manager based in Ireland.

Benefits

  • Salary: The starting pay is $750 per month plus commission that should make this role pay between $1500-$3000 per month in 6 to 8 months, then $4000-$6000 in 3-5 years.
  •  15 days paid time off per year, plus national holidays.

  •  You’ll work alongside Vetter’s founder to deepen your knowledge of a variety of industries (our customers are in multiple industries).

Our innovative software helps companies get more and better ideas from employees, organize those ideas and get them implemented. Some described our software as an ‘online suggestion box’ but it’s much more than that. We believe there are major growth opportunities with our target market (U.S. manufacturers) as companies get fully back on track post-Covid19.
