Now Hiring: Remote Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to get ownership of the company’s sales acceleration in our SMB market segments through prospecting and cold calling.

The ideal candidate

  • 3 years + in a sales role in highly transactional industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Must be amicable and skilled in building long term relationships

The Job

  • Develop prospects lists that ultimately drive new business
  • Lead generation and customer segmentation, including CRM platform management with responsibility for funnel development
  • Perform between 80 outbound calls daily
  • Prospect and qualify new leads
  • Cold calling and emailing prospects and setting up demos.
  • Measures and assess strategies against goals and KPIs
  • Ensure that the Tobly brand and identity adheres to all communication

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology or SaaS, especially the SMB market
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self learn skills to cope with the workload
  • Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects

Onboarding and Training

You will be working directly with the sales leadership in a close-knit environment, we expect you to take initiative and perform under little supervision.

Day to Day

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
