Content Refined is hiring remotely

Content Refined was born from a desire to simplify the process of content creation. With our clients, we want to have the personal touch and mutual respect of an in-house marketing team, but without the cost of in-house employees. To accomplish this, we pair each client up with a Project Manager. That PM works with the client on assessing their needs and competitive content strategy, then develops an individualized team of writers (native English speakers), editors, and publishers based on that strategy.

We’re looking for a really hard-working, motivated, entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, content marketing sales representative looking to join a fast-growing content marketing agency as we continue to scale rapidly.

Over the last 4 years, we’ve been growing rapidly and need help refining our sales process and closing leads.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in the Digital Marketing landscape
  • A sales professional, who is experienced and knowledgeable in the digital marketing industry.
  • A Hunter & Closer; with a track record for success.
  • Highly motivated, with enthusiasm for delivering results.
  • A strong communicator.
  • Organized, independent and able to manage your own time.
  • Confident working in a small business environment and reporting to the CEO.
  • Eager to make cold calls (if you don’t have any appointments this is an expectation – this is not the job for you if you don’t like making cold calls).
  • Re-selling one-time customers and jumping on calls with them after their work has been delivered.
  • Upselling current customers on more services/content.
  • Tapping into our current client database and hunting down referrals.
  • Being a dedicated affiliate manager who finds and works with affiliates to drive sales.
