Who We Are

Silverlake is an FBA Company that’s growing very rapidly, currently doing 7 figures. We work with mostly novelty products that are trendy and currently have a staff of 4. One of our example products is SoleSlip. We established in New York City, looking to grow rapidly, and now hiring a  seasoned Amazon Executive Manager to join our team!

The Role

We are looking for a candidate to join and lead the growth of this fast-growing e-commerce company. You will have staff reporting to you and your job is to report to me. Must have strategic planning and execution skills. Must be able to review and train staff and own the projects as if it were their own. Must be a Team player and have know-how drive.   • Must be fluent in English

I’m looking for a strong project manager that is not only able to help do the day to day but also manage to grow the business.

  • Must have experience on amazon of at least 3-4 years
  • Must have experience growing brands and very focused on directing other VAs on the team
  • Micromanager and detail-oriented to make sure all tasks are on track

Listing Optimizations

  • Managing all shipments going in/from China
  • Inventory forecasting
  • Variation processing
  • All account health

Buyers Messages and Feedback management

  1. Inventory Reconciliation – Lost and Damage units need to be reimbursed.
  2. Feedback Removal – removing negative feedback on the account.
  3. Shipment Reconciliation – shipment update {track}, missing units {reconciliation}.
  4. Listing Creation – optimizing (keywords, enhance product title and product description.
  5. Removal Order – file reimbursements for orders that were returned differently or missing items.
  6. Creating Cases – eds assistance from direct Amazon Seller Support wherein fixing the issue that needs to be resolved on the external part.
  7. Customer Service on Orders – respond to Amazon customers within 24 hours.
  8. Optimized Listings and updated product title through Cerebro.
  9. Manage Excess Inventories and increase IPI.
  10. All other Seller central tasks.
