 NOTE: Our ideal candidate must have experience in ecommerce consumer packaged goods sales (ideally food and beverage) as well as have managed a web presence and online store.


Ready to increase the sales and success of the ecommerce startup, SuperFat? Their team has seen incredible growth since launching last year and they’re looking for a new team member to help achieve 3-4x growth through online paid acquisition (e.g. FB/IG, Adwords, Google Shopping, and affiliate marketing) and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with ecommerce marketing in the CPG space and is ready for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The company sells Keto snacks to health-conscious consumers and needs a CPG ecommerce Growth Expert to make www.superfat.com an extremely successful channel for the company. From Tim Ferriss loving the products to getting into retail with great partners like Kroger, Erewhon, Wegmans, Whole Foods Market, and more, we are just at the beginning of this great journey.

As entrepreneurs and health enthusiasts, we’d always talked about creating a new product in the health-tech space. It wasn’t until we began to explore opportunities that we realized how big the obesity and diabetes epidemics actually were. Without the right diet, we realized, no amount of tech would change that. Without better education, people would still believe the myth of a low-fat high carb diet. So we turned our love of healthy fats into a Keto snack company called SuperFat.

We currently sell Keto certified Nut Butter and Keto cookies – more products to follow. Our products are a convenient way to get the right balance of nut fats and functional ingredients, moderate protein, and low net carbs on the go. We’ve created something that actually tastes great, is nutritionally balanced, and provides a boost of on-demand fuel wherever you go.

Our team is located around the world. We have 5-6 people here in the US and 3 outside – all work virtually. We have a strong focus on core values and team culture – see below for our core values. The Role

We have team members managing our Amazon sales and retail sales, but we need someone to manage our sales through our online store. A lot of that will be through paid acquisition campaigns you create and execute.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce consumer packaged goods sales as well as have managed a web presence and online store.

Our new team member will:

  • Managing the brand’s online presence
  • Managing our online store and channels of paid acquisition and email marketing
  • Improving upsells and subscription sales

Initially, you’ll be getting your hand dirty, testing marketing campaigns, and on your own. After some results and a good understanding of the site, you’ll be able to hire contractors and potentially build your marketing team to run the campaigns.

After 12-18 months on the job, we expect web sales to be increased by 3-4x.


  • At least 4 years of ecommerce experience in the food and beverage space
  • Experience in CPG, Keto space highly desirable
  • Online paid acquisition in ecommerce including at least some of the following channels – FB/IG, Adwords, Google Shopping and affiliate marketing
  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing tactics
  • Must be hands-on and capable of executing marketing strategies and tactics personally
  • 100% remote position in the U.S.A. – must have the ability and experience with remote work
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere, Startup experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • There will be a little travel required as the team sometimes meets during the year.
