Junior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY 

Are you passionate about optimizing performance? Nurp is actively looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (Junior CRO) to join our team. As a key member, you will be an integral part of the marketing team. This position will be utilizing your expertise in data analysis, prospect behaviour tracking, and A/B testing to identify opportunities, improve user experience, and drive conversions. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity, you will work closely with senior CRO specialists and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer retention and satisfaction.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Assist in analyzing post-conversion data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the customer journey.

  • Support the design and implementation of A/B tests and experiments to optimize post-conversion activities.

  • Support the sales and onboarding teams in optimizing post-conversion activities and processes.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback post-conversion to understand pain points, preferences, and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in analyzing test results and providing recommendations for iterative improvements.

  • Assist in translating customer insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing post-conversion processes.

  • Assist in implementing strategies to improve the post-conversion experience for customers, including onboarding and activation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to sales, member success, marketing, and product development to align optimization efforts with business goals.

  • Participate in meetings and discussions to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing post-conversion experiences.

  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.


KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to user behaviour, website performance, and conversion metrics.

  • A/B Testing: Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize website elements.

  • Web Analytics Tools: Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track and measure key performance indicators and user interactions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of programming languages to implement and test website changes.

  • Communication & Management Skills: Ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively within teams.

  • Adaptability: Quickly learning new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Communication: Expertise in organizing and planning, demonstrated through effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and eagerness to contribute to the success of Nurp's conversion optimization efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (preferred)

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing capacity, ideally within algorithmic solutions or financial technology sectors. (preferred)

  • Skilled In Hubspot Or Similar CRM Automation Software. (required)

  • Basic proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Interest in conversion rate optimization and willingness to learn and grow within the field.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and eagerness to contribute to the success of Nurp's conversion optimization efforts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, sitting, or walking

  • Ability to work in enclosed environments exposed to excessive noise, automotive shop environment, and cold or heat 

  • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
