JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY 

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for their team. As an SDR you will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This is a starting position that allows you to determine your own future. We are an exploding department in need of more leaders to help us reach our goals. Posted annual income is including commission averages.

The position you are applying for is actively building a bench and we're continuously on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our team. We will be conducting interviews and initial assessments to ensure suitability for the role periodically with applicants who show a high level match for the position

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 

  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects.

  • Generated and set appointments to closers.

  • Punctual, timely, and engaging in all scheduled meetings and events.

  • Confirming and qualifying appointments set for closers.

  •  Record conversations and all other communication with leads, prospects, and current clients.

  • Maintain accurate reporting of all leads, prospects, and current client interactions through company CRM. 

  • Adhere to any and all company standard operating processes (SOP).

  • Keeping up to date on product and sales information

  • All communication is professional and represents the brand well. 

  • Performing 200 or more outbound communication actions (Call, Messaging, Email) to leads, prospects, or client per day

  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • 3 years of sales experience (Required)

  • Experience in high ticket sales (Required)

  • Experience in doing high volume outbound calls, text, and emails (Required) 

  • Experience working in a setter to closer model (Preferred) 

  • Experience working in remote/virtual settings (Preferred)

  • Financial trading experience (Preferred)

  • This role is a U.S. W-2 position. All candidates must possess the appropriate U.S. documentation to be eligible for  employment in the U.S. for this role (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.

  • Ability to work in an enclosed office environment. 

  • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
