Content Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content for the projects Seedify incubates/launches and developing catchy, high-conversion-rate copies for KOLs/Influencers, ensuring a captivating first phrase and effective call-to-action (CTA) without resorting to a shilling approach. Experience in web3 is highly valued for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to understand the vision, goals, and target audience for each incubated/launched project.

• Develop creative content strategies aligned with project objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

• Create engaging and informative, high-quality written content for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website copy.

• Work closely with KOLs to craft compelling copies for their promotions and endorsements, focusing on authentic messaging and value proposition.

• Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience in content management and creative content creation, preferably in the web3 or blockchain space.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

• Ability to develop catchy and persuasive copies that drive user action without appearing overly promotional or shilling.

• Experience working with KOLs and influencers.

• Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
