Our product, AirOps Studio is a low-code development platform that enables our clients to blend LLMs with their data and systems and rapidly deploy chat assistants, workflows, and assistive AI experiences like Notion AI.

We’re excited to bring on an awesome Growth Lead to our team!

What you’ll own:

  • Own the the development and execution of AirOps’ growth strategy

  • Play a core role in developing AirOps ICP and user personas by participating and helping drive user research

  • Systematically identify and test into lead generation channels, driving execution (including creative with design), measurement and analysis

  • Own the marketing funnel including nurturing, marketing automation, sales qualification and personalized outreach

  • Create and help drive strategic planning for growth strategy, including headcount, channel spend and tooling investments

  • Evolve from experimentation into robust quantitative growth models, helping develop a clear understanding of growth levers

  • Hire and build a high performing growth team

  • Be willing to get involved and assist in a wide variety of non-core tasks. We are a seed-stage startup after all :)

Your Experience:

  • 4+ years of direct growth, growth product, or adjacent experience

  • GTM Experience with PLG

  • At least 1 year of people management experience and a strong track record of external partner management

  • Track record testing into and scaling new channels in a data-driven and systematic way

  • Experience working in a startup environment where roles and responsibilities are fluid

  • Flexible schedule allowing for varying work hours across multiple time zones

  • Track record of running complex, multi-threaded projects in a remote first environment
