Summary
Anaconda is seeking a talented Director, Demand Generation to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning. As the Director, Demand Generation
you will have a proven track record in creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance lead generation. You will play a pivotal role in achieving business targets through innovative demand generation initiatives and collaboration across Sales, Content Marketing, Digital, and Product Marketing Management.
What You’ll Do
Create demand generation strategy for B2B and B2C that includes ABM, paid media, and in-person and online events that drive high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and online purchases
Identify, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, enterprise sales, cross-selling and upselling current customers, and licensing renewal programs.
Create Channel Sales program that expands awareness about Anaconda with Channel Partner and support co-marketing events.
Manage all aspects of the events from identifying industry events to attend, booth management, speaker and sponsorship opportunities, pre and post-show communications, internal attendees, budget, and KPIs.
Work with Web, Content Marketing, and Marketing Operations to execute campaign strategies by creating and optimizing high-quality content, landing pages, emails, and targeted advertising campaigns.
Establish KPIs and metrics for demand-generation initiatives
Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to deliver and improve digital data, analytics, and technology capabilities.
Regularly report on Demand Gen roadmap, outcomes, and insights to stakeholders across the organization through MBRs, QBRs, and other forums.
What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years experience of demand generation experience in PLG and SaaS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to prioritize work to ensure the achievement of business objectives
Extensive experience building strategy, media execution
Proven ability to plan in-person and virtual events
Experience utilizing account identification tools like Demandbase
Proven ability to work with Sales teams to generate account lists, training, and gather feedback
Ability to establish and improve processes to be able to scale faster and more efficiently
