Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Events Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

Own the planning and execution of brand sponsoring, field sales, developers and proprietary digital events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate necessary equipment, displays, promotional materials, signage, and giveaways for events.
Manage all pre-event logistics, including packing, shipping, transportation of materials, booth setup, and on-site preparation to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Monitor event progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve unforeseen challenges to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, audio-visual requirements, catering, and other onsite services to create a positive and professional environment for participants.
Support the Director of Marketing Programs, VP of Marketing, and the marketing team with post-event evaluations, feedback analysis, and reports summarizing key metrics, budget utilization, lead generation, and ROI.
Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
Manage budget and cost considerations for events.
Travel is required with this position
