Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Events Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the planning and execution of brand sponsoring, field sales, developers and proprietary digital events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate necessary equipment, displays, promotional materials, signage, and giveaways for events.

  • Manage all pre-event logistics, including packing, shipping, transportation of materials, booth setup, and on-site preparation to ensure timely and efficient execution.

  • Monitor event progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve unforeseen challenges to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.

  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, audio-visual requirements, catering, and other onsite services to create a positive and professional environment for participants.

  • Support the Director of Marketing Programs, VP of Marketing, and the marketing team with post-event evaluations, feedback analysis, and reports summarizing key metrics, budget utilization, lead generation, and ROI.

  • Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future events.

  • Manage budget and cost considerations for events.

  • Travel is required with this position
