WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead and oversee the entire People function, including Talent Development, Business Partner, Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Culture Management.

• Serve as a strategic People partner to the leadership team and department heads, addressing organizational and people-related issues.

• Manage the total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing in multiple regions.

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective Culture Management.

• Drive and oversee the Performance Review process, ensuring it aligns with company goals and objectives.

• Implement talent development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent globally.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the People Team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and multicultural environment.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
