Sales Development Representative, Mexico (Remote)

Purpose 

At Learnlight, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for finding and selecting potential clients who could benefit from our first-class training in languages, interculturality and interpersonal skills. As the first line of communication with a potential customer, the SDR is intimately familiar with the sales process and excels at finding leads, starting new relationships, and setting salespeople up for success.   

Responsibilities 

  • Respond, capture and qualify leads and incoming inquiries.  

  • Identify the needs of potential customers and suggest suitable products or services.  

  • Establish lasting and trusting relationships with potential clients to qualify them as sales opportunities.  

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.  

  • Arrange meetings or calls between potential clients and Sales Development Executives.  

  • Collaborate and work effectively with business development teams.  

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps and leverage opportunities through direct account insight and engagement tools.  

  • Have intelligent, engaging conversations through video and phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting approaches.  

  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas while driving growth opportunities for the new business development team.  

  • Ensure all data is entered correctly and tracked in CRM.  

  • Inform the SDR Manager of weekly, monthly and quarterly results.
