Who We're Looking For:
Therabody is seeking a talented and motivated Paid Media Coordinator to join our global paid media team. As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our media team and the other marketing functions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage paid media campaigns and various marketing projects working closely with agencies and partners. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of paid media strategies, have excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail and be highly organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross functional collaborations: Collaborate closely with the paid media team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop comprehensive creative briefs
Agency Coordination: Be the POC to oversee paid campaign execution and provide optimization recommendations
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of creative projects and support other divisions handling media requests such as ad hoc activations, performance results, sharing of relevant information and so on
Organization: Manage and meet timelines and deadlines on various marketing projects
Review and evaluate creative assets to ensure they meet the brand guidelines, campaign objectives
Reporting: oversee the Media Agencies campaign reporting, and participate in developing data-driven presentations that effectively communicate campaign and creative performance insights to the larger marketing team
Campaign Data Analysis: digesting campaign data to assess performance, insights, and areas for optimization
The Right Person Would Have
1+ year of experience buying, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital ad platforms (primarily Meta or Google)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
Deep understanding of media performance KPIs (CTR, Engagement Rate, CVR, VTR, ROAS etc) and how they affect brand awareness and demand generation
Proven ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions
Basic understanding in design project management and creative coordination, preferably in a performance media or digital marketing environment
Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups etc.) or PowerBi dashboards, knowledge of A/B testing methodology
Keen understanding of Google Analytics and web analytics KPIs
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards for creative output
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and our performance agencies
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
A creative mindset with a passion for digital advertising and emerging marketing trends
$50,000 - $55,000 a year
This base pay range is for the U.S. and not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience, business sector and geographic location. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
