Sales Operations Associate

The Sales Operations Associate will empower the sales organization to establish and maintain sustainable growth through proactive efforts to reduce friction in the sales process, leverage sales technologies, and provide actionable reporting & insights designed to inform stakeholders and drive growth activities. 

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and owning all aspects of the order-to-cash cycle for the B2B category.

Along with the day-to-day execution of the business, you will need to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal end-users to solve problems and deliver successfully to meet Therabody’s goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with daily sales orders and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery are achieved

  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key product launches to meet accounts or internal launch dates 

  • Research and identify root cause issues with order management systems, warehouse management systems, sales tools and B2B portals

  • Maintain a high degree of data integrity, quality, and consistency

  • Responsible for cross-departmental communication between Accounting, Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning on the order-to-cash process, including challenges and solutions

  • Ability to utilize the monthly demand plan to cross-reference order bookings for alignment

  • Identify inventory limitations and escalate solutions

  • Sales Partnership:

  • Identify sales process improvements focused on increased efficiently and reducing operational overhead

  • Provide weekly account insights to drive accurate business call forecast

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

The Right Person Would Have:

  • Education: BA/BS

  • 3+ years professional experience in Sales Operations position with a focus on B2B/big box

  • Excellent detail organizational skills with the ability to prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working with customers who transact via EDI

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders

  • Problem-solving and analysis skills

  • Must be a self-starter

$65,000 - $70,000 a year
