
Principal Product Manager
As a Principal Product Manager at TradeLink, your role will be instrumental in guiding the team strategy, driving innovation, and implementing efficient processes for product delivery. We are seeking an individual with strategic and tactical thinking capabilities, expertise in product research, discovery and execution, and strong stakeholder management skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You define product vision and strategy in your area in close collaboration with Product Leadership, coordinating work across teams and guiding their roadmaps
You identify business viability and opportunity size for new features based on project outcomes and product success metrics
You own Product Discovery and Solutioning and enable your team to ship features based on validated customer insights, data driven decisions and clear defined business value.
You collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, founders and GTM to drive product development and ensure high quality releases
As a thought leader and mentor you motivate and coach other Product Managers
You measure impact on customer and business outcomes and provide informed KPI and process improvements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You have several years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products and have previously operated as a Senior Product Manager or a similar senior role
You have an excellent understanding of product discovery, delivery, and management processes
You have strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities and are passionate about achieving organizational goals
You have experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
You are able to communicate effectively in English and German and have excellent stakeholder management skills
You have experience with data analysis, defining metrics, and interpreting as well as measuring outcome
